Real fighters with their great stories :
David Clark’s story sounds like a Hollywood movie. He grew up poor and homeless, living out of his father’s pickup truck. With no formal education, he became the owner of a chain of 13 retail stores by the time he was 29 years old. Then the bottom fell out and he became a binge drinking, pill popping, 320-pound alcoholic. He found a way to turn it all around, though. Today, he’s a professional athlete and the author of a fascinating and inspiring autobiography called Out There: A Story of Ultra Recovery.
